About Us

It is always advisable for a child to start with Ballet as this creates strength, discipline and good technique for Tap, Jazz and Modern Dance.
The school regularly puts on shows,and attends at least four all England festival competitions a year.

"I believe for a child to get on stage and perform is the best lesson of all, and I will encourage this, be it through competitions or shows. I encourage children to attend auditions as much as they can, be it local panto or the West End. Where I can help further careers I will". Mandy

The school is a very happy environment with some very talented children.
We teach RAD and ISTD syllabus classes, in ballet, tap modern and jazz. We also teach Drama and singing, and private lessons are available in all genres.
The school has an annual production at oakengates theatre, which takes place in july, and the students also perform in the Telford, Shrewsbury and Stafford Pantomime, as well as being invited to perform in at various corporate events throughout the year.
We also perform at at least 4 all england dance festivals each year, hold exam sessions every term and have regular workshops taken by examiners, ajudicators and west end choreographers/performers.
